Jason’s snarky, bittersweet lyrics tell stories of yearning, heartbreak, regret, & loneliness, exemplifying the message that anyone can find redemption through good humor.
Jason Brandt leads the band on vocals, tenor saxophone, and guitar. He’s been playing live in the greater Denver area & beyond since 2021. The Build-Out, his backing band, is an outstanding group of versatile vocalists & instrumentalists. Their music evokes rock legends like Jimi Hendrix, Bonnie Raitt, Lenny Kravitz, Black Keys, & Gary Clark, Jr. with a nod to neo-soul & contemporary country like Lake Street Dive & Chris Stapleton.
